My biography

At the cross of French and American cultures, French native, I spent half of my life in English speaking countries (Australia and the USA). Alternating between France and the US since my first professional experience, I cultivate my multicultural background and open- mindness to serve my clients and help them conciliate relational investment and performance objectives.

After twenty years spent inside international corporate companies in Human resources specializing in talent development with a focus on high potentials, I dedicate my skills and talent to coaching and training managers and executives in order to live my passion:
